Based on your needs analysis and your capstone preparation, design a survey you can use to conduct a pre- and post-assessment for your capstone. The survey should include success indicators to help you collect data about the effectiveness of the project.

While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

Discussion 1: Some key indicators that will help me to evaluate the success of Ryanair Airline Company would include Employee Turnover Rate (ETR) and Employee Satisfaction. With me evaluating these two indicators, I would expect leadership skills and capacity in management to have changed and improved for the betterment of the company. Measuring these two indicators using pre-assessments will allow leaders in leadership to see the grey areas that needs improvement, show the leaders how the overall company can grow and improve when leaders are actually performing their duties and how the company needs can be improved overall. Once the grey areas and issues are depicted, it paints a picture to where the company can move too- this is where the seminars, workshops, and trainings come into place. The assessments are very important because before implementing projects, changes or implementations period, there needs be successful plan, indicators needs to be identified and data collected so agreements can be made as a whole and for the betterment of the organization.

Discussion 2: As I have identified in Ryanair Airline that the overall function of leadership must change in order for the company to continue thriving and being a great asset to its’ customers. Throughout this program, i have researched and learned various leadership theories, models and concepts along the way. As I complete this capstone project, management theories (transactional theories) and contingency theories are the most helpful. These two theories are the most helpful because they both take a deeper look into leadership styles and abilities but also annualize the environment, the actual leaders, behaviors, needs, success/failures and much more. These theories are also important because that are in management must set the tone, be equipped and model what is expected from others in order for the company to continue its long success.
