While looking into the changes directly related to the reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) in 2011, including the impact of intended and unintended consequences. Review your proposal created in attached links and include the following:
– identify at least three district policies that will need to be created, rewritten, or eliminated to successfully support your final recommendation.
– Evaluate the contradictions that need to be addressed in each policy identified.
– Discuss specific recommendations to address your needs and show how the changes will support your recommendation without causing undue disruption.
– Draft a new policy that addresses the requested changes
